These terms govern your use of Travel Video Maker to create travel photos and videos. Please read them before using the service.
By accessing or using Travel Video Maker you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You can sign up with Google or email. Keep your credentials secure and you are responsible for activity under your account. Do not register with someone else’s identity or false information.
Only upload photos you have the right to use. Do not upload portraits of others without consent, private images of minors, or illegal or harmful content. Do not use the service to impersonate people, create misleading news, or harass others.
Subject to these terms, you may use your generated travel photos and videos for personal and commercial purposes. AI output may resemble other works and we cannot guarantee exclusivity.
Paid plans and credit packs are processed by third-party payment providers. Generation is free during the launch demo. Once billing is enabled, consumed credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
Generation depends on third-party model providers and may queue, fail, or be blocked by content moderation. We work to keep the service stable but do not promise 100% uptime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travel Video Maker is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
